Mike has been away from his family in Nigeria for four years. He works as a car park attendant in Istanbul from 6am to 9pm. He was describing the beauty of the Bosphorous when it's not shrowded in mist. That rope and low barrier is all that prevents you, or your car, dropping 13 floors.
